Description

You will lead complex Agile projects and programs, managing interdependencies, budgets, and contractual commitments to deliver business value.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end flow of Medicaid projects from initiation to completion.
• Document Medicaid State Requirements for Care Management and Utilization Management Scrum Teams.
• Develop project plans, work sequencing, and milestones in collaboration with Product and IT leadership.
• Identify risks and challenges, using the ROAM methodology to create mitigation plans.
• Facilitate weekly stakeholder meetings to ensure accountability and timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of traditional project or program leadership experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience within a SAFe methodology framework.
• Proven experience managing Agile programs at the solution level.
• Direct experience managing Medicaid projects.
• Ability to blend Agile and traditional project management frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in risk management and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master's Degree in Business Administration.
• SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), PSM, or CSM certifications.
• Six Sigma or Project Management Institute certification.
