Description

You will manage complex Agile and traditional Medicaid projects, overseeing integration and delivery of long-term business value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end Medicaid project flow from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, work sequencing, and milestones with Product and IT leadership.
• Identify risks and execute mitigation plans using the ROAM methodology.
• Manage project financials, including resource plans, time entry, and hardware/software costs.
• Facilitate communication between Clinical and IT teams to ensure accountability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of traditional project or program leadership experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience within a SAFe methodology framework.
• Proven experience managing Agile programs at the solution level.
• Direct experience managing Medicaid projects.
• Ability to blend Agile and traditional project management frameworks.
• Experience documenting Medicaid State Requirements for Care Management (CM) and Utilization Management (UM) Scrum teams.
• Proficiency in Project Management, Agile, SAFe, and SASM.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
