Description

You will lead the planning and execution of projects related to enterprise data strategy, data governance, system migration, and AI implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end migration from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online, including architecture, content, permissions, and adoption.
• Implement M365 ecosystem products like Copilot, Forms, and Planner Premium to support digital transformation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations through the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and constraints, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring communication and adoption strategies are in place for successful change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading migrations from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with M365 ecosystem products (Copilot, Forms, Planner Premium).
• Experience in enterprise data strategy and data governance projects.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Technology Leadership, Product Managers, and Technical Leads.
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting on project performance, budget, and milestones.
• Experience facilitating operational readiness planning and training development.
• Ability to champion and evolve PMO tools and templates.
