You will lead planning and execution for enterprise data strategy, SharePoint migrations, and M365 ecosystem implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end migration from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online, covering architecture, content, permissions, and adoption.
• Implement M365 products like Copilot, Forms, and Planner Premium to support digital transformation.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and constraints, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management through effective communication and adoption strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience leading migrations from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with the M365 ecosystem, including Copilot, Forms, and Planner Premium.
• Experience in enterprise data strategy and data governance projects.
• Ability to collaborate with Technology Leadership, Product Managers, and Technical Leads.
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting on project performance, budget, and milestones.
• Experience facilitating operational readiness planning and training development.
• Ability to champion and evolve PMO tools and templates.

Preferred Skills

• Background in AI implementation projects.
