Description

You will manage IT projects within the financial services sector, overseeing the full lifecycle from requirements to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and phase documentation covering resource management, cost management, and test plans.
• Coordinate the collection and management of business requirements.
• Collaborate with development managers to define work scope, resource allocation, and schedules.
• Execute monitoring and control activities using governance controls like RACI cards, traceability matrices, and toll gate reviews.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under limited supervision.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience in the financial services or banking industry.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of PMBOK project management frameworks.
• Skilled in budget and financial management.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently.
• Experience managing project scope and resource scheduling.
