Description

Own end-to-end IT project planning, execution, and delivery within a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, providing direction and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management or a related role.
• Proven track record of leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools: Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, GitHub.
• Knowledge of MES systems and associated data feeds.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
