Description

Drive IT and OT projects from initiation through closure within the Oil & Gas industry. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive project lifecycles, including workflow mapping and synergy identification.
• Define project plans, roles, responsibilities, communication plans, and project methodologies.
• Manage project scope, progress, and spend using visualizations and status reports for stakeholders.
• Mitigate risks and issues by driving timely actions and identifying functional system risks.
• Mentor junior integration and coordinator roles.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of industry experience in Oil & Gas, including IT/OT roles such as Business Analyst, Engineer, or Project Manager.
• Proven experience providing oversight on portfolios or projects from initial design to execution and handover.
• Experience delivering business solutions involving software, cloud technology, or multiple databases.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to find consensus among multiple stakeholders across technical and business groups.
• Expertise in managing cross-team relationships and eliminating project roadblocks.
• Project Manager and Scrum Master competencies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS.
• Scrum Master Certification.
