Description

You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of critical technical initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, operations, business stakeholders, enterprise security, and identity management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Break down projects into manageable task sets and distribute work among team members.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
• Communicate project status updates to senior leadership using precise and clear reporting methods.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role delivering complex technical projects.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and report on high-priority delivery areas.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.
• Expertise in project management, including planning, organization, and coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• TPM methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Exchange.
• Experience with Citrix to Cloud migrations.
• Experience with Enterprise Fax to Cloud or Enterprise Search.
