Description

Lead implementation of web-based and low-code applications across internal teams and external vendors.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and obtain approval for business cases using stakeholder, cost/benefit, and schedule analysis.
• Manage medium to large projects of moderate to high complexity and risk.
• Oversee project dependencies across multiple divisions, external entities, and agency stakeholders.
• Direct project teams and vendor activities to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and scope.
• Develop project artifacts, budgets, and documentation following PMBOK and state methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Deep understanding of PMBOK methodologies.
• Experience with market analysis and cost/benefit analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability in leadership, facilitation, and change management.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and deliverables.
• Healthcare industry experience.
