You will lead the multi-year implementation of an enterprise SaaS research administration system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SaaS implementation by coordinating with vendor project managers to align timelines and deliverables.
• Define system scope and objectives by partnering with business owners to create and maintain project plans.
• Lead project teams through current and future-state business process mapping to align technology with business strategy.
• Oversee quality assurance efforts, including developing and executing test plans, scripts, and metrics.
• Manage post-go-live transition, including legacy system retirement and identification of solution gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale ERP or SaaS implementations.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing project budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to document detailed functional and technical system specifications.
• Experience coordinating data migration and reporting requirement strategies.
• Capability to lead technical training and guidance for support staff.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
