Description

You own the end-to-end delivery of mid-sized to large IT application and data integration projects, ensuring deliverables meet time and budget targets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases using PMLC and SDLC processes to drive delivery.
• Coordinate activities between IT team members and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, and risk plans.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and functional specifications with analysts and architects.
• Provide status updates and risk analysis to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience for application and data integration projects.
• Detailed knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience managing mid-sized to large IT integration projects independently.
• Ability to apply Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience using MS Project, Planview, and SharePoint.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into IT deliverables.
• Familiarity with multi-disciplinary information technology and systems deployment.
• Strong management skills in a matrix management environment.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Commercial Insurance.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
