Description

You will manage the coordination, status reporting, and stability of low-complexity IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through final business acceptance and implementation.
• Monitor project plans, daily assignments, and work efforts to ensure timely delivery.
• Track key milestones and adjust project plans to meet evolving needs.
• Manage resource allocation and escalate functional, quality, or timeline issues.
• Adhere to project management processes and PMO frameworks to meet budgeted hours and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 3 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity on project teams.
• Experience overseeing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency managing Waterfall projects (75% of workload).
• Experience managing Agile projects (25% of workload).
• Ability to manage 2-3 simultaneous projects.
• Experience developing schedules using MS Project.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of related work experience, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of related experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
