Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, driving delivery from conception through completion while leading front-end development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and provide progress updates.
• Guide and review front-end development, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
• Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Front-End Web Development experience.
• 3+ years managing IT projects.
• Proficiency in Angular, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of Web Architecture and backend service integration.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines using Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
