Own end-to-end project delivery for complex software initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while managing schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Identify risks and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery and release readiness.
• Track delivery health and KPIs to optimize predictability and efficiency using data-driven insights.
• Communicate progress to diverse stakeholders and drive adoption of modern delivery practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Deep knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements to deployment.
• Proficiency in iterative delivery frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
