Description

You will manage infrastructure and application projects, driving delivery, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement within the IT PMO.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and application projects through the SDLC using Waterfall and Iterative models.
• Manage vendor relationships and implementation resources to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create project artifacts and drive critical discussions on risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Apply Organizational Change Management principles to ensure effective communication and adoption.
• Recommend and implement efficiency-based processes to evolve the IT PMO.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience formally leading infrastructure projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Iterative project management models.
• Ability to drive indirect reports and maintain order in a dynamic business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading application projects alongside infrastructure initiatives.
