Description

You will lead and manage complex IT software development projects from initiation through to completion.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report financials to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to prevent project disruptions.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing software development projects.
• Ability to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle.
• Bachelor's Degree.
