Description

You will manage the implementation phase of media and broadcast projects, overseeing installation schedules, budgets, and onsite execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation project schedules while maintaining installation excellence within financial goals.
• Act as the primary interface between engineering teams and third-party installation crews.
• Create detailed implementation estimates for services and materials to support proposal efforts.
• Develop hardware requirements, material lists, and pre-build planning based on construction documents.
• Direct onsite implementation teams and handle day-to-day client interfacing.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience as an Installation Lead or Project Supervisor in the broadcast/media industry.
• Proven expertise in implementing large-scale professional media systems.
• Ability to read and interpret system diagrams, block diagrams, electrical schematics, configuration tables, elevations, and floorplans.
• Deep knowledge of contemporary cable and connector types and fabrication methods.
• Familiarity with commercial building trades and their integration with media system installs.
• Skill in training team members on specific installation techniques and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and contemporary project tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing third-party crews responsible for racking, stacking, and cabling to patch schedules.
