Description

You will manage the end-to-end system development lifecycle for medium to large-scale technology platforms. You own the delivery process from requirements through training.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of S.M.A.R.T. project goals, baseline plans, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, configuration, test case development, and training programs.
• Manage project planning through user stories, epics, and sprints.
• Identify, research, and resolve risks and issues while managing vendor relationships and delivery.
• Develop process documentation including decision matrices, data models, and process flows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale technology deployments.
• Experience using traditional, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
• Agile methodology expertise.
• ITIL and Service Management knowledge.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate project teams.
• Experience working with senior business leaders and academic unit leadership.
• Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze current processes to drive efficiency and adopt best practices.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Visio, or Lucid.
• Knowledge of ADKAR Change Management frameworks.
