Description

You drive IT infrastructure projects from planning through to operational handover.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans and drive tasks through critical path milestones in collaboration with IT Infrastructure Program Managers, SMEs, and vendors.
• Guide Infrastructure SMEs and stakeholders through project execution and closeout.
• Document, track, and raise risks and issues, driving mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate capture of requirements from IT Infrastructure SMEs and communicate them proactively to non-IT teams.
• Record high-level status updates weekly in the program tracker and provide updates via predefined KPIs to stakeholders and the PMO.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects and emergency initiatives.
• Experience leading implementation and refresh cycles for enterprise infrastructure network services (e.g., Multi-site connectivity, Data Centers, WiFi, DHCP, DNS).
• Experience leading implementation and refresh cycles for enterprise server, data, and backup solutions (e.g., NAS, Backup, DR, Active Directory).
• Experience partnering with General Contractors during construction implementations.
• Knowledge of structured cabling systems, components, and drawings.
• Proficiency in communication, translating complex technical terms to non-technical partners effectively.
• Experience with IT management frameworks, such as ITIL.
• Ability to present project status and infrastructure health to senior leadership.
