Description

You will manage the end-to-end execution of enterprise infrastructure projects, ensuring technical deliverables meet critical path milestones.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans by collaborating with IT Infrastructure Program Managers, subject matter experts, and vendors.
• Drive project tasks through critical milestones and guide stakeholders through execution and formal close-out.
• Document, track, and mitigate project risks and issues while providing immediate communication regarding changes or delays.
• Align project plans with business and vendor stakeholder requirements, adjusting scope or timelines as necessary.
• Coordinate with infrastructure operations teams during project close-out to ensure seamless handover of day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects, programs, or emergency initiatives.
• Proven track record leading implementations and refreshes of enterprise network services including Data Centers, WiFi, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience managing enterprise server, data, and backup solutions such as NAS, DR, Server Patching, and Active Directory.
• Experience partnering with General Contractors during construction implementations.
• Knowledge of structured cabling systems, components, and technical drawings.
• Ability to capture technical requirements from SMEs and communicate them clearly to non-IT teams.
• Proficiency in tracking project status via KPIs and maintaining regular updates in program trackers.
