Description

You manage complex IT infrastructure programs supporting factory build-outs and enterprise needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define program charters, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and success measures for each initiative.
• Develop estimates and detailed plans for end-to-end program execution aligned with production schedules.
• Capture and ensure manufacturing and business requirements are accurately defined.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning and design sessions across engineering, network, and facilities teams.
• Develop risk management plans ensuring timely delivery and commissioning without impacting business continuity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years managing complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure projects in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Experience partnering with General Contractors and Facilities during construction implementations (data centers, manufacturing).
• Knowledge of structured cabling, Division 27 standards, AV standards, and telecom/construction drawings.
• Proven experience leading server, data, and backup solution refreshes (NAS, DR, Active Directory, OS Upgrades).
• Deep understanding and deployment experience in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise network implementations (Multi-site Connectivity, Factory LAN/WLAN, DHCP, DNS).
• Experience integrating plant floor systems (OT) with enterprise IT.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Smartsheet or Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with OT/IT convergence in industrial environments.
