Description

Lead the implementation of web-based and low-code applications, managing vendor and in-house teams across high-complexity projects.

Responsibilities

• Build business cases using stakeholder analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and schedule estimates.
• Manage medium to large-sized projects with dependencies across multiple divisions and external entities.
• Direct project teams and vendor activities, managing milestones, critical dates, and risks.
• Execute communication plans for senior executives, IT personnel, and external stakeholders.
• Develop project artifacts following PMI PMBOK and client methodologies, including budgets and status reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in IT application/system development and deployments.
• Proven experience leading large, complex automation implementation efforts.
• Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server.
• Experience using SharePoint for project notebooks and portfolio management.
• Technical familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to manage vendor deliverables and support invoice validation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within State or government methodology frameworks.
