Lead complex system projects and programs, making independent determinations in ambiguous situations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and lead project teams, identifying resources and developing schedules for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with development and support teams to manage labor, scheduling impacts, and business partner communications.
• Manage stakeholder partnerships, set expectations, and mitigate technical risks.
• Oversee project interdependencies and integration to meet timelines and budget limits.
• Maintain project artifacts, plans, and tactical roadmaps, ensuring traceability within Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks.
• Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking and traceability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
