Description

You will manage the project portfolio for the Corporate group, covering Open Architect Operations, Data Integration Services, and Data Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop long and short-term project plans, setting milestones and managing resource and budgetary needs.
• Act as a liaison between non-financial corporate areas and IT groups to support ongoing operations and new implementations.
• Facilitate documentation of customer requirements and business processes through workshops, document analysis, and use case scenarios.
• Manage project risks, issues, and budgets, adjusting schedules and targets as financing or requirements change.
• Host weekly project meetings and use tools like Smartsheets and Azure DevOps to delegate tasks and ensure team synergy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in people and resource management.
• Strong project management methodology application and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into application and process requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Technical familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and DevOps.
• Experience with Data Integration and SAP ERP or SAP Implementation.
• Strong interpersonal, delegation, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with business executives.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Agile certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related discipline.
