Description

Lead and coordinate the delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure and application projects across multiple sites.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IT infrastructure and application projects across diverse data environments.
• Manage vendor relationships, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions, including hybrid environments and disaster recovery.
• Coordinate with compliance teams to maintain HIPAA, NIST, and SOC 2 standards in cloud and on-prem deployments.
• Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and presentations summarizing technical progress and business impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site settings.
• Demonstrated experience managing Azure cloud implementations (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience managing integration projects involving EHR and practice management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and hybrid AD environments.
