Description

You will own the full project lifecycle for IT capabilities related to new work or retail space buildouts.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution, including scope definition, milestones, budgets, and success measures.
• Develop RFPs to engage and manage third-party installers and vendors.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring business requirements are captured and documentation is maintained.
• Track project status, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery without impacting business continuity.
• Lead cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders through critical change initiatives in a matrix environment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
• 7+ years managing IT Infrastructure projects in corporate and retail environments.
• 5-7 years of project management experience specifically within the construction field.
• Technical knowledge of Audio/Visual equipment, low voltage cabling, network, and security equipment installation.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, architectural drawings, electrical drawings, and network drawings.
• Familiarity with construction processes, permits, and contract/subcontract terms and conditions.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.
• Strong experience managing third-party installers and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• PMI PMP certification.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
