Description

Manage client requirements and IT projects to ensure deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design sessions with technical teams to align on requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering status, tasks, milestones, estimates, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate all deliverables throughout the SDLC until production release.
• Collaborate with IT Architects, Developers, BAs, QAs, and AMs to maintain collective decisions.
• Document all estimates and project statuses for leadership review and manage project ambiguity.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
• Experience with various SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, O365, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with programming languages.
• Familiarity with IT standards including HITRUST, HIPAA/HITECH, and NIST.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in person in Parsippany, NJ.
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
