Description

Lead end-to-end management and delivery of high-complexity projects across multiple departments and business units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and expenses.
• Direct work efforts for resources across functional and organizational reporting lines.
• Integrate various work streams to deliver intended project solutions.
• Execute risk management and mitigation planning.
• Oversee project implementation, quality assurance, and stakeholder change adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Jira.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation planning.
• Capability to manage quality assurance and ensure change requirements are met.
• Ability to act as the primary point of contact for project integration.
• Capacity to represent senior stakeholders and act as an interim Program Manager.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on Agile projects.
• Previous project management experience within the financial industry.
