Description

Manage delivery and cost schedules for 1-10 projects, reporting to the Project Control/Management Office. Own the full lifecycle from scheduling and financial budgeting to vendor coordination and risk escalation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project delivery and cost schedules using Microsoft Project and PWA.
• Manage project financial budgets, including accruals, forecasts, actuals, and invoice reconciliation in SAP.
• Negotiate schedules, resolve delivery issues, and manage third-party vendor relationships.
• Identify project risks and issues, escalating to the PCO and driving corrective actions.
• Coordinate site equipment installations, acceptance testing, and network infrastructure turn-up.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management principles and execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and PWA for scheduling and time card approval.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and accruals using SAP.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure components: routers, firewalls, and switches.
• Experience with contract bidding, negotiations, and third-party vendor management.
• Ability to manage project financials, including identifying variances and processing PO requisitions.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects.
• PMI-PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
