Description

Lead large-scale enterprise system replacements from initiation through completion.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders through complex IT project lifecycles.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for enterprise initiatives.
• Direct data migrations, system integrations, and API implementations to ensure seamless transitions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and project challenges to minimize disruption.
• Drive user adoption through change management, training strategies, and system documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT project management experience focusing on large-scale enterprise system replacements.
• Proven expertise in managing SDLC using agile or waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, system integrations, and APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud-based and on-premises IT infrastructure, databases, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, including contract negotiation and SLA oversight.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and system rollback strategies.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification.
• Familiarity with Workday, regulatory compliance in utilities, or municipal IT environments.
