Description

You will lead the implementation of technology projects and programs from planning through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams of six or more members, including internal staff, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
• Develop project charters, work breakdown structures, and detailed project plans.
• Manage project scope, document risks, and mitigate issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Track and monitor multimillion-dollar budgets, including oversight of professional services and vendor invoices.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to executive leadership and steering committees.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience managing IT projects or IT business systems analysis.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from planning to completion.
• Proficiency in IT business systems analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive-level interaction.
• Ability to manage resource allocations and monitor task completion.
• Experience with change control and quality management policies.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Valid Arizona driver's license or ability to obtain one by hire date.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Business Administration or an IT-related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex software and infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Agile methodology, SaaS, COTS, OCM, and release management.
