Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex information system transformation projects, including child support system modernization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for enterprise-level IT implementations and business requirements.
• Manage project governance, monitoring controls, and delivery schedules for large and small-scale initiatives.
• Coordinate development teams and vendors to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Mentor state personnel in project management and train resources for future transition.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and explain requirements in detail.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing information technology solutions.
• Knowledge of child support program policies, procedures, and business practices.
• Experience with child support system modernization projects.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
• PMP certification or equivalent working experience.
• Strong background in applying project management and governance principles.
