Description

You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of active information technology projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage resource requirements, project scope, personnel needs, and budget constraints.
• Direct the work of technical staff, including Systems Analysts, Software Developers, and QA Analysts.
• Translate business priorities into technical solutions through gap analysis and functional specifications.
• Oversee project lifecycles involving design, implementation strategy, data migration, and configuration management.
• Provide strategic planning for e-commerce solutions, software systems, data warehouse programs, and client/server applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience managing Systems Analysts, Software Developers, and QA Analysts.
• Proficiency in requirements management and high-level solution design.
• Experience with data migration functional analysis and configuration management.
• Ability to perform gap analysis and develop functional specifications.
• Knowledge of software systems, search engine placement, and data warehouse programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
