Description

You will lead the launch of new technology and data systems projects within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of tech and data systems projects.
• Standardize information sharing processes between information systems and production engineering teams.
• Align resources and coordinate efforts to improve project efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure project goals align with business objectives and production engineering requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven expertise in Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong understanding of information systems, data management, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing projects within a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to align projects with corporate standards and architectures.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production engineering workflows.
• Experience with Inductive Automation Ignition.
• Experience with automated guided vehicle vendors and fleet management software.
