Description

You will manage complex IT project execution from initiation through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3-5 simultaneous application development projects, including COTS and in-house builds.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules in MS Project, scope documents, and status reports.
• Lead project execution and control, managing deliverables acceptance and the change request process.
• Oversee quality planning, assurance, end-to-end system testing, and UAT defect management.
• Report project status and compliance to ITS and client agency leadership.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience managing IT projects for State agencies.
• Active PMP Certification.
• Experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project for schedule tracking and variance reporting.
• Experience adhering to Secure System Development Life Cycle (SSDLC).
• Skills in managing vendor delivery for upgrades, configurations, and custom development.
• Experience managing project scope, quality standards, and governance.
