Description

You will lead information technology projects through their entire lifecycle to ensure adherence to quality, scope, schedule, and budget objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resource management, and testing.
• Define and document project charter elements including objectives, success metrics, and expected benefits.
• Maintain risk and issue registries to identify, document, and address project constraints.
• Negotiate scope and cost changes with stakeholders and contractors while ensuring all changes are approved.
• Coordinate the work of consultants, vendors, and contractors, including drafting scopes of work and assisting with procurement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Experience managing project lifecycles from initiation through close-out and transition to operations.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, budget, and resource allocation.
• Experience with change management and negotiating project adjustments.
• Ability to manage vendor and consultant relationships.
• Experience developing project documentation and risk registries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
