Description

You will lead and manage IT projects with full accountability for scope, budget, quality, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans while defining objectives and scope.
• Guide project team members, coordinate task assignments, and manage milestones.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to manage delays and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and standards defined by the Global IT PMO.
• Lead steering committee meetings, governance forums, and project communication plans.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across geographies and manage change management activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project and program management.
• Proven experience leading projects in the eCommerce domain, such as customer portals.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, or SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Experience with system integration across Website, CRM, ERP, and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Understanding of B2B vs. B2C eCommerce architectures and integrations.
• Experience in the Pharma industry and knowledge of GxP-relevant computerized system validation.
• Practical experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree and fluency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master or SAFe.
• Project Management certification (PMP preferred).
• Exposure to program and portfolio management.
