You will manage and drive IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with implementation resources to align expectations and deliverables.
• Define project artifacts including scope, schedule, budget, and communication plans with stakeholders.
• Drive discussions on risks, issues, and dependencies, developing action plans with the team.
• Execute change control processes to maintain transparency across scope, schedule, and cost.
• Recommend process efficiencies and implement approved changes to evolve the IT PMO.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience formally leading infrastructure (and application preferably) projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency leveraging PMBOK, SDLC Waterfall, SDLC Iterative, and Agile project management frameworks.
• Ability to create and maintain accurate project estimates and manage cost forecasts.
• Experience applying Organizational Change Management principles to ensure adoption.
• Skill in providing actionable status reporting for executive and sponsor-level audiences.
• Familiarity with project governance, risk management, and delivery within constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
