Job Responsibilities include:

Lead end‑to‑end IT project management, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and regulatory compliance standards (GxP/CSV).

Manage stakeholder communication across business, technical teams, and leadership.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and compliance issues.

Prepare project reports, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency through analytics and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in IT project management within Life Sciences or Pharma environments.

Strong expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Lab Informatics systems (LIMS, ELN, CDS) in regulated settings.

Proven experience in managing scope, risk, compliance (GxP/CSV), and stakeholder engagement using tools like JIRA and MS Project
