Description

Lead end-to-end IT project management in a regulated Life Sciences environment, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and compliance targets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery across scope, schedule, cost, and quality metrics.
• Enforce SDLC and Agile methodologies alongside GxP/CSV regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication between business, technical teams, and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and compliance issues.
• Track KPIs, prepare status reports, and drive process improvements through analytics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT project management experience in Life Sciences or Pharma.
• Deep expertise in SDLC and Agile frameworks.
• Experience with Lab Informatics systems (LIMS, ELN, CDS) in regulated settings.
• Proficiency in JIRA and MS Project for tracking and management.
• Strong background in managing scope, risk, and GxP/CSV compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
