Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with business leaders and managers.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior team members and clients.
• Manage multiple projects across various industries to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement change management and leadership strategies to mitigate resistance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise project or program management.
• Proven track record in data or digital transformation projects.
• 7+ years of experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical program management expertise.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and project lifecycles.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management supporting data-related projects.
• Experience in management consulting or working across multiple industries.
• Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
