Description

You will manage mid-to-large scale technology projects with a focus on full stack development and cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop delivery plans, project schedules, task prioritization, and execution tracking.
• Manage project risks and drive timely issue resolution.
• Report project status and progress directly to executives and senior leadership.
• Coach and lead project teams through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Oversee service operations including change, configuration, incident, and release management.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience managing mid-to-large size technology projects.
• Proven track record delivering full stack development and cybersecurity projects.
• Deep knowledge of Data Security including Data Masking, Tokenization, Encryption, and PII protection.
• Experience with IAM, CIAM, MFA, SSO, IGA, and PAM (CyberArk) implementations.
• Technical familiarity with IT Security testing, including SAST, DAST, Pen Testing, and Vulnerability Management.
• Experience with Service Management frameworks such as Availability, Capacity, and IT Service Continuity.
• Understanding of DevOps and SRE principles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Service Operations including Problem and Event Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Job Scheduling and Configuration Management.
