You will manage technical projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects to meet business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans merging customer requirements with company objectives.
• Monitor project progress and deliver detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Substantial experience in IT Development projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Experience with risk management and strategic planning.
• Ability to communicate proactively to identify problems and implement efficiencies.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
