Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of IT projects from planning through execution and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scope, planning, and execution to meet defined goals and requirements.
• Monitor project progress, workload capacity, and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage stakeholder expectations and potential conflicts.
• Organize and facilitate meetings by creating agendas, guiding discussions, and reviewing outcomes.
• Document technical processes and evaluate project results against initial requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management and coordination.
• Experience with project management software for cost estimation and scheduling.
• Proven ability to provide direction to individuals or teams.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to various audiences.
• Proficiency in time management and task efficiency.
• Experience documenting technical processes and information.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
