Description

You will lead and manage information technology projects from initiation through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, Agile artifacts, and status reports.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and application development teams to ensure production readiness.
• Manage project milestones, timelines, deliverables, roadblocks, and budgets.
• Direct cross-functional activities within a matrixed organizational structure to meet project objectives.
• Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience acting as a Scrum Master.
• Proven ability to manage technical staff, including infrastructure and security engineers.
• Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and feedback to transform findings into project strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Utility, Power, or Energy industries.
