Description

You manage 2-5 concurrent enterprise-level IT projects from initiation through closeout. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project success criteria, milestones, and measurable business benefits.
• Develop core artifacts including business cases, charters, risk registers, and status reports.
• Monitor and control scope, schedule, cost, and risks, initiating change requests as needed.
• Coordinate resources, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Active or inactive PMP certification (details required).
• Proficiency with ServiceNow PPM and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with SAP BPC and Jira/Atlassian.
• Strong stakeholder communication, governance, and schedule/cost control skills.
• Demonstrated experience in regulated or utility-style environments.
• Experience supporting web content management or marketing automation projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools.
