Description

You will own the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria with key stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between developers, product owners, and business units.
• Facilitate User Story creation, grooming sessions, and sprint planning.
• Develop and execute UAT testing scripts; gather feedback and ensure quality assurance.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Strong command of Agile Project Methodology.
• Experience with Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or HubSpot.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Solid organizational and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Service Cloud.
