Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of ServiceNow development projects from start to finish.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee ServiceNow development projects, ensuring alignment with ITSM processes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and enforce Agile principles for development teams.
• Gather requirements by acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with platform customizations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for ServiceNow initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years in IT project management, with 3–5 years managing ServiceNow or ITSM projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, workflows).
• Proficiency in project management tools including Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Familiarity with integration technologies and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability in risk assessment and project financial management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
