Description

Deliver IT solutions for internal business groups by coordinating cross-functional teams to implement new practices and systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3-4 implementation projects simultaneously using Waterfall or Iterative methods.
• Facilitate workshops with Product Owners to define product backlogs and story maps.
• Develop estimates, schedules, and budgets while managing scope, risks, and resource constraints.
• Track project progress using Azure DevOps and ensure accurate reporting of metrics.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to meet deliverables and integrate user feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• 5+ years managing multiple teams and the full software development life cycle.
• Expertise in sprint and program increment planning to produce consistent delivery metrics.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for project tracking and management.
• Strong experience working directly with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional, shared-resource teams with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in PMP, SAFe, CSP, or PMI-ACP.
• Mastery of Office 365 applications including MS Project, Visio, and Teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in scaled Agile practices and IT infrastructure concepts.
