Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects from inception to completion, including resource management and status reporting.
• Analyze system documentation to identify issues and recommend technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions and facilitate conflict resolution between technical and non-technical staff.
• Design data dashboards and oversee data automation and data pipeline requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and policy creation.
• Experience with data dashboard design.
• Understanding of data automation and data pipelines.
• Proven ability in issue escalation and conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in government or State settings and courtroom operations.
• Background in user research, data analysis, or environmental law and policy.
